What a fun neon topper to this mid-century signage set belonging to Maryland Fried Chicken in Orlando, Florida in which the franchise originated. I only wish I could have taken reference photos before they replaced the molded plastic back lit panels on the lower sign. They did, however, use the original shape and used the iconic Chick and Chicken logo on bright red canvas. I'm forever grateful that the y preserved the neon topper. It's like a bright idea. So I was inspired by the big spiral to emphasize the fun of it. Don't you just love the innocent little chicken face?
