Description/Story: This drawing was part of a series of the same subject. I was experimenting in a painterly style with mixed media with the thought of how inanimate objects could project the concept of loneliness or being alone. The chairs are an everyday mundane object. Here, they are empty overlooking a spectacular view of the ocean but with no one sitting in them to see it.
