Medium: Watercolor on crumpled French "Parchtone". The French paper company is powered by natural means—watermill on the Huron River.
Size (Mounted on Archival Mat Board): 6.25" x 11"
Description/Story: The intent of intense experimentation and expression is key to this early abstract piece. I found the paper and treatment lead to a delicate communication of a feeling and place in time.
The piece is mounted on archival white 100% cotton mat board backing adding a white margin of several inches and the artwork is floated on it with archival materials. It is recommended to make sure that no glazing touch the artwork when framed. Either add a mat, or frame in a shadow box type frame.
