For direct sale of original art, please contact the artist at firstname.lastname@example.org. (The site does not have an ordering service directly on the site at this time as we do not collect billing or shipping information data through the site.) Payment arrangements with the artist will be through PayPal in U.S. dollar amount. Payment is required to secure outbound shipping and held until the returns policy timeframe has passed. (See Returns or Damaged Arrival Policies.)
Pricing online includes packing and shipping to the contiguous United States unless local sale and delivery is arranged (in Central Texas). Sales outside the contiguous U.S. will be directed to SaachiArt which has their own sales, packing, shipping and returns policies, and in certain circumstances, duties and/or taxes will be calculated during their checkout process.
Sale of original art does not include frame. If framing services are commissioned, pricing will be estimated on a per piece basis and will also incur additional packing and shipping charges. Artwork if framed will not be shipped with glass. (Plexiglas or equivalent for framing is recommended.)

Sales of Print-on-Demand merchandise from our shop are all ordered and processed, including billing, shipping, and collection of data necessary for the sale through our third-party site Fine Art America (fineartamerica.com), which has their own sales, packing, shipping and returns policies. The merchandise will be drop-shipped according to their own schedule directly to you.
All Packing of Original Artwork
We use the highest quality and care in packing artwork and adhere to strict guidelines to prevent damage during transit in an acid-free wrap, protected from moisture, and double wrapped in foam core or equivalent type of packing inside of shipping container or custom fitted boxes.
Orders for original paintings are packed and shipped out from its starting point within three business days. Shipping arrival dates depend on zones shipped to and from and may be delayed due to COVID-19 or natural occurrences beyond the shipper’s control.
Damaged Arrival Policy
If the package received is damaged in transit, you must photograph the package as it was received as well as the item itself. Email the digital photos to email@example.com along with the description of what is damaged. Your material will be reviewed and if it is determined that there was indeed a problem during shipping, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged items must be re-packed as they originally were, and a shipping label will be sent to you to place on the package to return it. A refund will be issued for the original artwork once it is received again by the artist.
If the artwork arrives and you’re not satisfied with your original purchase for any reason, you’ll have seven days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the work for a refund.
In order to receive a full reimbursement, the return postage must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.
If all of the item(s) are returned within this timeframe in the same condition as it was when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser). The artwork must be re-packed in the same manner as it was received to prevent damage during transit.
